They are cooked on a griddle and have a wonderful, slightly crisp shell but soft inside. We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are authentic to their Venezuelan origins.

We are on E 3rd Ave, a short walk from Lake Ella Park and ten minutes from Florida State University. There is a covered patio out front.
